I’m Craig Richard, the proud owner of Impact Facility Solutions, LLC. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I began my career in the janitorial industry in early 2008, however, after around eight years of gaining invaluable experience and learning the ropes, I started my own business in 2016. Starting Impact Facility Solutions, LLC. was a dream come true as I was always interested in self-sufficiency, owning my own business, and controlling my destiny.

This being said, our journey to success did not come without trials, tests, and bumps in the road. As a new company, we started from scratch with zero contracts and almost no crews. We now have a dependable team that is dedicated to excellence, as well as a client base that is loyal and only keeps growing. 

The part of my work I find most enjoyable is undoubtedly the human aspect. I enjoy meeting my clients and look forward to welcoming potential new customers on a daily basis. I strive to not see the meeting as a business-related chore but as a chance to build a solid foundation towards a long-lasting relationship. I find my belief that success automatically follows a business relationship that is built on trust and fostered by open communication to be ultimately true and most rewarding in terms of the friends and contacts I make.

I count myself blessed to be a business owner and am thankful for the dedication and hard work my crew shows in our day-to-day operations. They could be working for factories or corporations, but I’m proud they trust me with the responsibility of providing them with a full cleaning schedule and enabling them to provide for their families. 

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from my competitors is my undying commitment to hardwork and integrity in life and business. In my experience, there are no shortcuts to success, and the only place success comes before work is in the pages of your dictionary. 

I attribute my success to my never-say-die attitude towards business, along with my team’s attention to detail and unbeatable service record. 

I can honestly say that over the years, I have only grown more thankful for the courage I had to step out and start my own cleaning and janitorial business. I enjoy seeing my employees flourish and consider myself lucky to have control over my work schedule.

When I am not at work, I use my flexible work-life to pursue other hobbies and activities such as hiking, running, and cross-fit. I like to stay in shape and believe in fitness for a healthy body and mind. I also have kids together with my amazing wife and try to spend quality time with them as often as possible. I try and make it a priority to be there for every soccer or baseball game as I think memories with my family are more essential than material gain. 

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
